STRONG-ENVIRO BOARD, when used as a steel column fire protection system - surface finishes or connection to other walls does not affect its fire resistance.

STRONG-ENVIRO BOARD does not require maintenance to retain its fire resistance characteristics. Most other steel column fire protection systems are derived from surface applied chemicals which require continued maintenance.
